Following on from the World Puja radio classes in 2010, these new sessions on World Puja radio for 2011 are to help you deal with and understand 'ascension symptoms', the effects on the physical body of rapidly accelerating electromagnetic energy changes that are part of preparation for the Earth's shift to the Fifth Dimension. The classes are to help you prepare energetically, physically, emotionally and mentally for life on a Fifth Dimensional Earth and to develop a consciousness of peace, love and oneness with all life.

* A theme or focus as brought through by Spirit based on the changing Earth vibration and what is most needed to assist you.
* Energy work to support you in coping with ascension changes and to build your Fifth Dimensional Light Body.

* Techniques and tools to assist you with your spiritual awakening.
