We often store grief within the heart chakra when we feel that we are not understood, when we feel that we cannot achieve our aspirations.  This pattern may also relate to persecution.   The energy work will also clear sadness from the Soul Seat relating to sadness that we have not been able to achieve what we have set out to do.

To Use:

It is best to download this Mp3, lie down and listen to the energy activation by ipod or on a CD player, listening through stereo headphones if possible.  Relax while listening.  Do not listen while driving or working.

If you need to listen directly from the website, sit erect with feet flat on the floor or stand.  Hold your hands palm up, or follow the directions for hand positions given during the activation.

You can use this energy activation just for one day, or for better results listen to this sound track three times at one session  for seven days, a total of 21 times, or until no longer required.   To really deeply clear the old energy you can listen nine times at one session for the number of days that feels right for you.

 Do not mix with other karmic clearing energy work, ie audios designed to clear karmic miasmic patterning, as one type of energy activation can conflict with another and lessens the effects of both.  You cannot harm yourself with these activations, so be guided by your own feelings as to how to use them.   If you are using the Weight Loss for Body and Mind or Healing the Pain programs, concentrate on these until complete.
